Al Roker was hospitalized for blood clots on his leg and lungs after missing "Today."

"Many of you have asked where I've been," the meteorologist wrote on Instagram Friday.

Last week, he was hospitalized with a blood clot in his leg that traveled to his lungs. After medical whack-a-mole, I'm getting great care and recovering.

The 68-year-old thanked the fan for their "well-wishes and blessings" and said, "Hope to see you soon." Happy weekend, everyone!" Roker's coworkers commented on support.
