Billie Eilish was spotted horseback riding in Los Angeles on Friday, an activity she previously stated helps her manage stress.

In photographs obtained exclusively by Page Six, the 20-year-old "Bad Guy" singer was seen in full equestrian trappings.

Eilish was photographed wearing a helmet, a long-sleeved sweater, gloves, and riding boots. She appeared relaxed as her horse galloped in the Valley for roughly an hour.

The celebrity reportedly spent time "doing circles with a trainer" and then engaged in groundwork at the stables. Eilish told Rolling Stone in July 2019 that horseback riding is "more for my mental health than a pleasure."

Maggie Baird, the mother of the "Happier Than Ever" starlet, stated in the interview that her daughter has "always really loved horses."

However, horseback riding is a costly pastime, so Eilish stated that she had to labor at the stables in exchange for riding lessons as a child.

However, the singer of "Everything I Wanted" stated that she "couldn't tolerate being the poor girl around the stable."

"I made a few friends, but nobody else was particularly pleasant," Eilish told Rolling Stone. "Horse people don't like poor people."

It is unknown whether Eilish currently uses horseback riding to maintain her composure, but the "Ocean Eyes" singer has previously been open about her mental health struggles.

Eilish, then 17 years old, said in July 2019 that she began fighting depression at 13 after a hip injury forced her to stop dancing.

"It sent me down a rabbit hole," revealed the "No Time to Die" singer. "I went through an extensive period of self-harm; there's no need to go into detail. In essence, I believed that I deserved to be in pain."
