Under-fire Brad Pitt won't "own something he didn't do," his lawyer says after Angelina Jolie's assault claims.

The statement said, "He won't own anything he didn't do." He's been attacked and misrepresented in every way.

Kiley said, "Thankfully, the numerous governmental authorities the other side has tried to utilize against him have made independent determinations. Brad will keep responding in court.

In court docs filed Tuesday, Jolie accused Pitt of choking one of their six children in September 2016.

The "Maleficent" actress, 47, described the infamous flight that led to her divorce.

The lawsuit alleged that the "Fight Club" star, 58, "choked one of the children" and "grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her."

Jolie said Pitt splashed beer on her and their children.

The actress "grabbed" her then-husband from behind to stop him, the complaint said.

"To get Jolie off his back, Pitt hurled himself backwards into the airplane seats," documents said.
