After a road rage incident in Los Angeles, Denise Richards and husband Aaron Phypers are "extremely grateful to be unharmed."

In an Instagram Thanksgiving post, the actress wrote, “I want to extend my sincerest thanks to all who have reached out to me and Aaron during this time.”

As previously reported, Phypers, 50, was driving his wife, 51, to Popsicle Studio LA in their gray Shelby on Nov. 14 when a male car behind them allegedly became agitated and shouted at the couple.

According to TMZ, Phypers let the irate driver pass them, and the driver shot at the couple's truck, hitting the driver's side back end.
