Jason Oppenheim thinks Christine Quinn's "Selling Sunset" exit was perfect.

Oppenheim Group boss stated people are "weary" of seeing Quinn play the villain on the Netflix docu-series

"People were tired of that dynamic," Oppenheim, 45, said. "I think it's given the office and the show a breath of fresh air."

Since Season 1, Quinn has been at odds with Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae Young, and Emma Hernan.

Hernan, 30, alleged Quinn bribed a client with $5,000 in Season 5. Quinn disputed the accusation. Whoever was right, Oppenheim is happy to move on.

"It's not the kind of drama I enjoyed as a broker," he told Page Six. "I wanted more from the Quinn-related issues raised. "It's over."

Quinn departed Oppenheim Group and "Selling Sunset" in April to create RealOpen with husband Christian Dumontet. She released "How to Be a Boss B*tch" a month later.

She's since starred in high-end fashion ads, most recently for MCM's holiday collection.

"I never had personal difficulties with Christine other than knowing she had conflicts with other cast members," Oppenheim said.

I wish her well and know she's achieving wonderful things in fashion.

Season 6 won't have Quinn's hilarious confessionals or killer onscreen flair, but Oppenheim is convinced it will be the "greatest" yet.

"I wish the drama had subsided, but it didn't. Accelerated. It was challenging at work, but it makes for fantastic TV, he laughed.

"So much real estate, so many relationships... Dramatic! It's complete." Oppenheim wouldn't say who clashed during production but predicted dramatic encounters.

"New agents, new issues," he teased. "I won't say who's fighting this season, but there is.

Oppenheim is focused on selling properties with 1060 until Season 6 premieres on Netflix. The new software employs digital films to help prepare purchasers.

"So many real estate applications have approached me, but I'm hesitant to put my name on anything," he said.

"I spent a year researching 1060 and am a believer. Real estate brokers will use more than photographs to sell property in the future.
