"At night, I'm unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is ordered to march naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the masses cry, 'Shame!' and toss lumps of feces at her," he said, recalling Game of Thrones' famous scene.

Clarkson also stated that he disliked Meghan more than Rose West, the renowned English serial killer who, with her husband, Fred West, tortured and murdered many young women and her stepdaughter in the 1970s and 1980s.

Nicola Sturgeon, who Clarkson "hates," called Clarkson's remarks "very misogynist and simply straight terrible and horrible."
