Kanye West skipped a divorce deposition with Kim Kardashian. Court documents show that the embattled fashion designer "did not appear" for the Nov. 16 meeting.

West has another chance to sit for a deposition at Kardashian's attorney's office on Nov. 29.

Still, if he doesn't show up, the judge will decide if he can "offer any testimony, oral or written" before the trial begins.
