King Charles is getting ready to give his first Christmas speech, and he says he will feel pressure to do it well.

Queen Elizabeth gave the first televised Christmas message in 1957, and King Charles will follow suit.
King Charles III will carry on the Christmas custom of watching Queen Elizabeth II's annual broadcast.
"He will feel pressure to succeed in his first year. Every detail is examined "in this week's PEOPLE.
King Charles will likely mention his mother's death in his speech.
The worker adds the King "has great empathy" for those grieving. "We are so used to watching the classic footage of the Queen bringing her family to church on Christmas morning," says the colleague.
"There will be a lot of introspection and sadness this year."
