Mila Kunis criticized Will Smith's standing ovation at the Oscars after he smacked Chris Rock.

The actress stood by her decision not to applaud Smith following his triumph for "King Richard," even if most of the audience did.

"LEADING BY EXAMPLE ONLY MAKES SENSE WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO LEAD," she told C Magazine. "I never want to tell my family to do something if I'm not willing to do it myself.
