NeNe Leakes' boyfriend seeks separation from a wife who's suing 'RHOA' alum.

NeNe Leakes' partner has filed for divorce after six years of marriage. Nyonisela Sioh placed his and Melamine Tehmeh-date Sioh's of separation as Sept. 19, 2021,

TMZ reported and added they haven't cohabitated or had marital relations since then. This may have been inserted in light of Tehmeh-lawsuit Sioh's against the former "RHOA" star.

Page Six has requested the court documents. Tehmeh-Sioh sued Leakes in May, saying their affair caused their divorce.

Page Six said that Sioh and Tehmeh-Sioh had a "happy marriage" and "active sexual connection" before he dated Leakes.

Tehmeh-Sioh said the former Bravolebrity and her now-estranged husband, a fashion designer, "engaged in an ongoing romantic affair."

The petition said Tehmeh-Sioh was "embarrassed, humiliated, and disgraced" when Leakes posted "intimate images" with Sioh on Dec. 15. Leakes, 54, refuted Tehmeh-allegations Sioh's and "husband stealer" claims.

Gregg Leakes died of cancer in September 2021. Leakes joked that "nobody wants to borrow nobody else's issues." "I love you," she said.
