Queen Camilla wore a lace evening gown by Bruce Oldfield with royal regalia: an Order of the Garter sash and Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order star and sash. She wore the tiara's necklace and bracelet.

Camilla didn't wear the earrings, but the ensemble is called the King George VI Victorian Suite. King George presented Elizabeth's wedding tiara, choker, and earrings in 1947. The jewels belong to the mid-1800s; the bracelet was added in the 1960s.
