Rihanna returned with "Lift Me Up," a song for "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever."

"Lift Me Up" is Rihanna's first song since "Anti" It was written by Tems, Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna, and the film's director, Ryan Coogler.

Boseman, who played T'Challa/Black Panther in the first "Black Panther" movie and other Marvel films, died of colon cancer in 2020 at age 43.

Rihanna uploaded a song clip on Twitter to confirm her role in the film.

"After chatting with Ryan and hearing his direction for the film and song, I wanted to write something that expresses a warm embrace," Tems said.
