The Miami Dolphins quarterback, 24, was hospitalized with head and neck injuries on Sept. 29.

Tagovailoa smacked the back of his head on the ground after being chased down by Josh Tupou, according to ESPN. He stayed on the ground for 10 minutes before being lifted on a stretcher, stabilized, and sent to the hospital.
