Newsweek calls Prince William and Kate Middleton's three-day US visit "disastrous" following a "rocky start" with back-to-back scandals.

Lady Susan Hussey's bigoted remarks tainted William and Kate's first day in the US. The Sussex's Netflix docuseries trailer, which slammed Wales, detracted from December 2.

Newsweek stated, "Meghan and Prince Harry's new Netflix series hinted to fresh royal bombshells regarding Kate Middleton and Prince William, while the royal couple's tour of Boston floundered."

According to the publication, William and Kate's immediate obstacle will be finishing their Boston tour to promote the Earth shot Prize.

The Prince and Princess of Wales' three-day visit were "rocked" by controversies, and they are "playing on Harry and Meghan's home field"

and may have "already lost control of the narrative," according to the site.
